The SRA has tiers for holding containers which, once in position, are automatically exchanged at the opportune moment by a system of conveyor belts and mobile tiers.
It is structured on several levels and is mounted on wheels for easy transport from one area of use to another.
It has a control desk from which the operator can perform routine machine manoeuvres such as start, stop, reset, manual advance and setting of the load values. Thanks to the solutions adopted in the design phase and to its strong structure, it ensures reliability and long life.

This equipment uses a simpl and rational mechanical system that allows the product to be stored in various types of containers. It employs a state of the art, easy to use control system.

The machine can load the pieces into the containers in two ways:
1) “counting” control using a “piece counter” (basic system).
2) “weight” control using a “load cell” (optional system).

It can manage three types of container load cycles:
a) “roller conveyor” (loads the already positioned containers from the lowest belt to deposit them on the roller conveyor; then loads the already positioned containers from the belt immediately above to deposit them on the roller conveyor).
b) “belts” (loads the containers from the lowest belt to deposit them on the roller conveyor, then loads the containers from the belt immediately above to deposit them on the belt immediately below).
c) “continuous” (loads the containers in a continuous cycle as they are made available from the highest belt to deposit them directly on the roller conveyor).

The machine can manage the containers in two ways:
1) by declaration of the loaded containers, when their number is predefined (enabling the function with the keyboard).
2) by management of the continuous arrival of containers, when their number is not known and they arrive only when made available by the line even in a random manner (disabling the function with the control).
