THE MNKP/EP SERIE WAS DEVELOPED TO MANIPULATE THE SPRUES OR COMPONENTS IN THE PLASTIC INJECTION FIELD, FOR INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES FROM APPROX. 30 TO 400 TONS.

THIS MACHINE SERIES IS REALIZED IN TWO VERSIONS THAT DIFFER IN ELECTRONIC OR PNEUMATIC INTERNAL LOGIC. THESE MACHINES ARE DISTINGUISHED BY THEIR RELIABILITY, VERSATILITY AND SIMPLICITY IN USE.

THE MNKP/EP SERIES, IN THE PNEUMATIC VERSION MNKP, PERFORMS A FIXED CYCLE, WHILE THE ELECTRONIC VERSION MNKEP, BY ITS NUMERIC CONTROL, CAN MANAGE GRIPPERS, SPECIAL EOAT (END OF ARM TOOLS), 0-90° WRIST ROTATION AND THE OPERATION OF THE CONVEYOR BELT.

THE NUMERIC CONTROL CAN BE USED TO PROGRAM THE ROBOT CYCLE ALLOWING, FOR EXAMPLE, THE PARTS UNLOADING ON THE COMBINED COVEYOR BELT.

THE MNKE3 SERIES CAN PERFORM SEVERAL SEQUENTIAL WITHDRAWAL, MOVEMENTS INSIDE THE MOULD, PALLETIZATION, INTERMEDIATE STOPS, ETC.
